Discover wonder at Ruby Falls! A favorite destination for generations, Ruby Falls is home to the tallest and deepest underground waterfall open to the public in the United States. Rock City will amaze you, it's in our nature. Only six miles from downtown Chattanooga, Rock City is 1700 feet above sea level, with a 100-foot waterfall that cascades down the mountain, and the famous Swing-A-Long bridge that spans nearly 200 feet. This self guided tour along the brow of Lookout Mountain gives visitors a birds eye view from high atop Lookout Mountain. Some of Rock City's other features include the climbing wall at Lover’s Leap where you can “See Seven States,” the birds of prey shows, Big Rock Grill and the Fairyland Caverns. In addition Rock City host numerous special events and festivals year round including; the Enchanted Maize, the Enchanted Garden of Lights, Rocktoberfest, Shamrock City and much, much more.
The thrill of riding “America’s Most Amazing Mile” has delighted guests for over a century. The Incline Railway up historic Lookout Mountain is one of the steepest passenger railways in the world. In operation since 1895, the Incline is a National Historic site and Mechanical Engineering Landmark. Visit the machine room where the giant gears are put into motion.

High Point Climbing And Fitness is one of the nation’s most unique climbing facilities with 30,000 square feet of climbing inside and outside. In the April 2015 issue of Climbing Magazine High Point was called, “the country’s coolest gym”.
The outdoor climbing walls feature climbing on transparent climbing material that is like nothing else. There are lead, top rope, and auto-belay walls, as well as two 15 meter speed climbing walls. Climb while enjoying wonderful Chattanooga right over Broad Street!

Located on the western edge of Lookout Mountain, CloudlandCanyon is one of the largest and most scenic parks in the state. Home to thousand-foot deep canyons, sandstone cliffs, wild caves, waterfalls, cascading creeks, dense woodland and abundant wildlife, the park offers ample outdoor recreation opportunities.
Hiking and mountain biking trails abound. The most popular hiking paths include the short Overlook Trail, strenuous Waterfalls Trail and moderate West Rim Loop Trail. Mountain biking is available at the newly developed Five Points Recreation Area and along the Cloudland Connector Trail. The park also includes an 18-hole disc golf course, wild caves available for touring during select months of the year, a fishing pond, trails for horseback riding, picnicking grounds and numerous interpretive programs, especially on weekends.

At Northshore's waterfront, Coolidge Park features a restored 100-year-old carousel, a pavilion, a seasonal interactive play fountain, the Outdoor Chattanooga Center and lots of open space. It is a popular destination for concerts, festivals, fundraisers and special events. The 1894 Dentzel antique carousel provides a delightful old-fashioned experience with 52 hand carved animals, a calliope band organ, and ornate gold leaf benches. Rides are only $1 and a big hit with the kids.
We LOVE Lookouts games! Our AA team is affiliated with the Cincinnati Reds and fun to watch in action! The stadium is located in the heart of downtown, the games are super fun, the tickets are cheap, Thirsty Thursdays has $1 domestic and $3 craft beer specials and the BBQ nachos are amazing. Season runs April 4 - Sept 2 and tickets run $12 and under.
